I am an author, life design coach, speaker, and have appeared on several radio shows and my nationally syndicated inspirational and empowerment courses have touched the lives of thousands of people. The empowerment courses focus on giving others the tools to become ‘self coaches’ of their own lives.
I am committed to support others to create the life of their dreams and to be GREAT. My target market seems to find me….. relationship coaching, team work, small business with the focus on increased profits and the Human Resources Management arena. I have been in the HRM world of work for 31yrs and at the same time a practicing life coach for 13years.
My all time favourite quote is …. ‘When there is lots to be done, find the fun and the work will be done !” So yes play takes up a large amount of my time. It is all about balance.
